Are you ready to get a little bit WEIRD in today’s episode? (Or perhaps a LOT weird?!) Because today, I’m sharing some of the crazy lessons and experiences I’ve had over the last 6 months ever since I did four ayahuasca ceremonies back in Costa Rica in February. (BTW before you dive in, I HIGHLY recommend that you listen to episodes 74 and 81, which are linked below, otherwise this episode will probably make ZERO sense. In episode 74 I share what ayahuasca is, why I chose to do it and the mind-blowing things I experienced during my ceremonies, and then in episode 81 I share some of the big lessons I learned and how I’m implementing them into my everyday life!) Participating in ayahuasca ceremonies at Rythmia was the MOST life changing thing I’ve ever experienced and … let me tell you friend … it’s been a wild ride! 😂 Hearing voices, seeing visions and feeling as though I’m sometimes in another realm are just SOME of the “what did you just say?” things I’ve experienced.
